Speculators are liquidity providers

Stock trading is excellent for long-term investing, but not for day-to-day speculation. As a five-year veteran of the financial markets, I can say that speculation isn’t for everyone, but I’ve worked with people who consistently make a profit trading stocks and currencies through speculation. They don’t use complicated indicators or bots to make money; instead, they have faith in their simple strategy with the right mindset. Even I’ve been speculating various types of instruments and derivatives for many years, and I can now say that there are no so-called experts who can predict the future; it all comes down to discipline and patience, as well as an ever-increasing learning curve (Internally).

When I say discipline, I’m referring to your entire lifestyle (food habits, sleep patterns, travel/work time, physical and mental fitness, and so on).

Many people believe that the financial market will be governed by algorithms and artificial intelligence (AI), but as a data science enthusiast and programmer I can tell you that AIs can be programmed to perform certain fixed and complex tasks, but the market itself is not fixed; it is a living organism.

Why is it that investing is the best option?

All you have to do is locate a trustworthy friend who is in desperate need of funds for his business. You have two options before lending money to a friend, depending on the amount he requests. If the amount was less, you’d offer it without hesitation; however, what if the amount was enormous? You’ll consider a variety of factors, including existing debt, earnings, his business foresight, and, in some cases, his past behavior with previous lenders, among others.

Similarly, we must choose a stock that is

“Undervalued”—a company that is in desperate need of cash.

“Low Debt” equates to “Low Financial Burden.”

Demand in the future for “Business Vision”

“Ethics” refers to a company’s character, which includes how it treats its employees and lenders.

“Community” refers to the social impact of their service or product.

These are the simple steps that anyone with a basic understanding of key ratios and a regular news reading habit can implement.
